Although he stepped down as president of the local NAACP nearly a year ago, Rev. Mike Latham is back in charge of a new organization: the NAAFD. Yeah, that's right, the NAAFD. Although the name is confoundingly similar to the NAACP, Latham told the Fort Wayne Journal Gazette that the NAAFD is not trying to compete.
